Trick-or-treat

Halloween is celebrated on October 31. People dress up as monsters, witches, ghosts, skeletons. Children ask candies and say: Trick-or-treat.

I really appreciate Halloween.Unfortunately, in Brazil we don't celebrate this date like Americans.

Well, as we are speaking about this scared party, I chose this news about celebrities and their movies:

Some of today's biggest stars had some seriously scary  by kicking off their careers with horror movies!

Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, Leonardo Di Caprio, Kevin Bacon, Jamie Lee Curtis, George Clooney and more all had early roles, battling Jason Vorhees, Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, vicious furballs, creepy serial killers and, in Jennifer Aniston's case, even evil leprechauns.

Looking for a scary flick to watch this Halloween? There are a lot of options. Have fun!!!

Gorilla at the zoo

One day, a man from the Czech Republic came to visit his friend in New York.

When asked what he wanted to see, the visitor replied, "I would like to see one of the zoos in America."

To his delight, the New Yorker took him to the Bronx Zoo. They were touring the zoo, and standing in front of the gorilla cage, when one of the gorillas busted out of the cage and swallowed the Czech whole.

Shocked, his friend from New York quickly called over the zoo keeper. He quickly explained the situation and the zoo keeper immediately took steps to save the man's friend. The zoo keeper got an axe and asked the man, "OK, which gorilla did it? Was it the male or the female?" The New Yorker pointed out the female as the culprit. Quickly, the zoo keeper split the female gorilla open and found nothing of the Czech.

He looked at the man from New York, who shrugged and said, "Guess the Czech is in the male."

Monica's gang

Veja:

Jimmy: "You leawn (learn) a lot faster" e "Would you have the couwage (courage) to hit a pewson (person) with a cwooked (crooked) spine like this?"

"Cultural Immersion in Brazil

Brazil's landscape is as diverse as the people who inhabit it. Few tourists venture far from Brazil's spectacular beaches but a trip into the interior reveals a different Brazil, one with a great deal to offer the visitor. As well as the world's biggest rainforest in the Amazon, Brazil boasts many wilderness areas including the wildlife-rich wetlands of the Pantanal, the canyons and caves of the Chapada Diamantina, and the Mata Atlântica (Atlantic forest), which runs for much of the length of Brazil's coastline.

The population of Brazil is a big melting pot of races, including indigenous people, descendants of slaves from Africa and the offspring of European immigrants. This variety is reflected in the food, architecture, music and culture of Brazil. It is this massive assortment of places, people and traditions that makes Brazil such an interesting country to visit."
